Dominican Loco

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz – Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz – Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1 oz – Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp – Grenadine Syrup
  • 3 – 5 Dashes Milk
  • 1/2 oz – Fresh Pineapple Juice

Preparation
Combine ingredients in a blender with 4-5 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garish with a wedge of pineapple, pineapple leaf and a maraschino cherry.
