Madtini Spicy Swiss DipSwiss Chalet has been an institution in Canada since 1944. Its rotisserie chicken is the meal of choice, but it wouldn’t seem complete without a cup of dipping sauce standing silent guard nearby. Friends of Madtini swear by it and some even complete their meal by joyfully chugging the remaining sauce.

As the Madtini Labs crew were constructing the drinks for the Dexter Season 5 premiere, we had a thought. If the drink dubbed The Butcher could contain beef broth, why couldn’t we use Swiss Chalet dipping sauce. After the laughing died down we thought “why the heck not?’

It only took us a week and half to build up the courage to try it. Local clergy and personal physicians tried to talk us out of it, but we carried through to the end. The drink is not for the faint of heart, but does not taste much different than The Butcher. Its spicy, its different and its awesome. I double-dawgdare you to try it.
