French 75 Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz – Gin
- 3/4 oz – Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz – Simple Syrup
- Champagne or sparkling wine
Preparation
Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne and serve.

Scotch Fizz Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz – Single Malt Scotch
- 1/4 oz – Cointreau
Preparation
Combine the scotch and Cointreau in a small cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne, add a thick slice of lemon and serve.

Chocolate Peppermint Stick

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz – Creme de Cacao
- 1 1/2 oz – Peppermint Schnapps
- 3/4 oz – Cream
- Peppermint candy cane
Preparation
Combine the cremde de cacao, peppermint schnapps and cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a candy cane.
Death By Christmas
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz – Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz – Absinthe
- 3/4 oz – Fresh lime juice
- Splash of club soda
Preparation
Add the strawberry liqueur, absinthe and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Add a splash of club soda.
