Cucumber Rosemary Gin & Tonic

We never get tired of checking out the Apartment Therapy blog, there are always great articles on home decor, entertaining and of course, cocktails. Today’s cocktail the Cucumber-Rosemary Gin and Tonic is taken from their Kitchn section. The fresh blast of rosemary flavor and the cool cucumber mix well with the lime, gin and tonic. A sprig of rosemary garnish is all class!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hendricks Gin
  • 4 oz Tonic
  • juice of half a lime
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • slices of cucumber

Preparation

Muddle two slices of cucumber, sprig of rosemary and juice of half a lime in a cocktail shaker. Add cubes of ice, pour gin over ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add two slices of cucumber and a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
