- 1 1/2 oz – white rum
- 2 1/2 oz – fresh pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz – coconut milk
- 1/2 oz – light cream
- Fresh pineapple slice
Combine the ingredients with 4-5 ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour lovingly into a martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
