Agave KissYou don’t often thing of adding tequila to a creamy drink, however it works great in this case. The initial taste of the chocolate and raspberry comes surrounded by the full bold taste of the tequila. It’s creamy texture and smoothness is deceptive, this kiss really packs a punch.


  • 2 oz Sauza Silver Tequila
  • 1 oz white creme de cacao
  • 1 oz double cream
  • 1/2 oz Chambord
  • white chocolate shavings
  • fresh raspberries

Place 3-4 ice cubes in cocktail glass in place in the freezer. Combine the tequila, creme de cacao and chambord in a cocktail shaker with 3 ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds. Add the double cream and stir well. Remove glass from freezer and strain contents of shaker into it. Skewer 3 fresh raspberries and serve.

We’re keeping it simple buy yummy at Madtini Labs tonight. What better way to celebrate that we’re more than halfway through the week with this delicious combination of chocolate and vanilla flavors: The Black and White Martini.


  • 3 oz Twist of Vanilla Smirniff Vodka
  • 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • Vanilla Bean Pod

Pour the Twist of Vanilla Vodka and Creme de Cacao over ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish with vanilla bean pod.

Your friends the amateur intoxicologists here at Madtini Research Laboratories have come up with a number of Madtini Original cocktails to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

This, the fourth of our Valentine’s Day Passion Potions, is the Temptation Temptini – strawberries dipped in chocolate fed to you by your love… who could resist such sweet temptation?

It’s everything that passion should be… sweet, decadent, irresistible temptation…

… as we can resist anything but temptation…

Temptation Temptini

  • 1 part white rum
  • 1 part creme de cacao
  • 2 parts Fruitopia “Strawberry Passion Awareness” frozen concentrate
  • dark chocolate (we used Cadbury)
  • fresh strawberry

In cocktail shaker combine white rum and creme de cacao with the frozen fruitopia concentrate until well blended.

Melt dark chocolate until it’s beginning to melt. Rim glass with a thick layer of the chocolate. Pour cocktail into the glass then garnish with a ripe fresh strawberry thickly coated in the chocolate.

Brandy Frost – 12 Days of @Madtini Holiday Cocktails – Day 4

  • 2 oz milk
  • 1/2 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 tbsp peppermint schnapps

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and then strain the contents into a cocktail glass. Garnish the drink with a small candy cane.

Vodka Chocolate Martini – 12 Days of @Madtini Holiday Cocktails – Day 2

Vodka Chocolate Martini


  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao, white
  • After Eight mint stick or Hershey’s Kiss
  • Powdered cocoa for rimming

Wet the rim of a cocktail glass and dip into cocoa powder. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake then strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with n After Eight mint stick or Hershey’s Kiss.
