Vinegar in a cocktail? Well, even I was surprised how delicious this drink turned out to be. The balsamic vinegar adds a sophisticated taste the balances the sweetness of the strawberries and the sour of the lemon juice.

- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 splashes balsamic vinegar
- 3 sliced strawberries
Add the sliced strawberries to a cocktail shaker, muddle them together with the back of a wooden spoon. Add 3-4 ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon twist as a garnish.
