The Grinch

Ingredients:

2 oz Melon Liqeuer
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
maraschino cherry

Mixing:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry representing the heart of the Grinch.
