Red Bell MartiniRed Peppers aren’t just for the veggie tray at your summer soiree. While no one is looking, sneak a few slices away and prepare this smooth cocktail for yourself.


  • 3 oz Tanqueray Gin
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • Jucie of 1 lime
  • 1/3 of a red bell pepper sliced


Add the slices of red pepper, basil leaves and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients until the slices of pepper are soft. Add gin and 2-3 ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of red pepper.
