Madtini Thanksgiving – Smashing Pumpkin Cocktail

While we do love Billy Corgan and the music of the Smashing Pumpkins, this is a cocktail tribute to the delicious spicy taste of pumpkin and cinnamon. Happy Thanksgiving from the Madtini Labs crew.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Goldschälger Cinnamon Schnapps
1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Creme
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
Ground cinnamon
Cinnamon stick

Preparation
Combine the cinnamon schnapps, Baileys and Kahlua in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, then strain into the chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Madtini Thanksgiving – The Burnt Turkey

This might be the only time you’ll want to invite your guests to imbibe in Burnt Turkey on Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

2 oz Wild Turkey Bourbon
2 oz Goldschälger Cinnamon Schnapps
8-10 fresh mint leaves

Preparation
Fill a chilled glass with crushed ice and 8-10 fresh mint leaves. Combine the bourbon and cinnamon schnapps in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, then strain over ice.

Your friends the amateur intoxicologists here at Madtini Research Laboratories have come up with a number of Madtini Original cocktails to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Just like the red hot cinnamon hearts that give this cocktail it’s name. The combination of cinnamon and champagne really sizzles… when you drop the cinnamon hearts into it … mmmm…. the sizzling begins….

Sinful Cinntini Cocktail

1 ounce cinnamon schnapps

1 ounce sparkling wine

3 cinnamon hearts

In a cocktail glass pour cinnamon schnapps, then sparkling wine, then drop 3 cinnamon hearts in. The cinnamon hearts create a sizzling reaction with the sparkling wine creating a sinfully stunning cocktail.

The #Tweetini

We’ve had a request, of sorts, from @Jennifer_JJ for a #Tweetini – and we put this together and it’s actually pretty tasty (considering we just sort of quickly whipped this up)…

Ingredients
1 part vodka
1 part blue curacao
1/2 part cinnamon schnapps
2 parts white cranberry juice

Combine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake, serve in cocktail glass – garnish with a maraschino cherry or two.
