This spiked shake would go perfect with your Guinness Burger, and its simple enough to make at home for your St. Patrick’s Day gathering.
Slàinte, and have a great St. Paddy’s Day!
- 3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz Guinness
- 1 oz Jameson
- Chocolate syrup
Combine Guinness, Jameson and ice cream in a blender until well mixed together. Drizzle the inside of a chilled glass with the chocolate syrup, then pour in the ice cream mixture. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
