We’re pretty sure that Ernest Hemingway never toasted the holiday season at the La Bodeguita del Medio in Havana with our version of the classic Mojito. But we’re sure he would have enjoyed one of Madtini’s Snow-jitos, made with a healthy pour of the limited edition Malibu Snowflake Rum. Even our testers were pleasantly surprised how well the flavours of coconut liqueur, rum, mint and lime came together.
- 2 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz of Malibu Snowflake Rum
- 3 oz of club soda
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 tsp of sugar
Muddle 4 mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in the bottom of a high ball glass. Add ice, rum and club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
