Ingredients:
- 1 oz Redbreast Irish Whisky
- 3/4 oz Amara Averna
- 1/2 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz Guinness Simple Syrup*
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- coffee bean
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker 2/3 filled with ice. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Top with grated bits of coffee bean.
Guinness Simple Syrup
Add a can of Guinness to a sauce pan over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, add 8 ounces of Demerara sugar and set aside to cool. Refrigerate, the Guinness syrup should last for a couple of weeks.
